Why am I receiving duplicate read receipts?

If you are getting multiple read receipts for one comment update, you will need to add one condition to The Notify Requester of Comment Update Trigger's default conditions which are:

• Ticket: Is Updated
• Comment: Is Present
• Requester: Is Not (current user)

Please add the condition: Comment: Is Public as the last condition.
