Our pricing is as follows : 

• Pro Plan -  $2 USD per agent per month with a $10/month minimum (Available for Zendesk & Freshdesk Support Platforms) 
• Pro+ Plan - $3 USD per agent per month with a $15/month minimum ( (Available only on Zendesk)
