How to test if My Read Receipts is working?

Read receipts will only be generated when an email is opened from:

1. An IP address outside of your network or if you have virtual agents outside of their IP network.
2. An IP address that from #1 as long as the device you are testing with was not cookied by the above link.

My Read Receipts has two methods for making sure a read receipt is not accidentally generated by an agent. 

1. Our app automatically excludes your agent's IP address from accidentally triggering a pixel fire once the agent logs into their Zendesk instance.
2. If you click on:https://api.myreadreceipts.com/zd/ipblacklist/app?oid=yoursubdomain
   where your subdomain is your Zendesk instance's subdomain we place a cookie on that device to prevent an accidental read receipt.
