To install MyReadReceipts, visit the Zendesk Marketplace and select either the free trial or the pro version, then provide the required details.
Once the app is installed in your account, click on the "Read Receipts" app icon in the left-hand of your navigation panel.
In the app, scroll down to access configuration settings and click on the button "Update API Token" to add your API Key.
If you don't have an API Key, you can create a new one by following these instructions
Once you enter your API Token and your account is activated you are ready to go!
