IMPORTANT: Please read these instructions completely before implementing.
If you are using Agent Workspace, you need to do the following.
- Click on our icon in the left-hand navbar.
- Under Settings you will see an Agent Workspace card. Click on Display Triggers:
- Once you click on that button, you will see a pop-up modal that looks like this:
- Simply select the triggers you wish to track and hit Save. PLEASE NOTE: You will only be able to do this once. If you make a mistake, please contact support. We will reset these settings so you can make additional changes.
