In order to use our service, you need to enable Rich Content (HTML Email). This is enabled on most Zendesk instances by default.
In order to verify or update your Rich Content (HTML Email) settings, please do the following:
- Click on the Admin ( the wheel or gear ) icon.
- Scroll down to the Channels section.
- Click on the Email link.
- Click on the check box next to the Rich Content in Email checkbox.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
